With this all-rounder from TYROLIT life, meat, fish and vegetables almost cut, dice and chop themselves. The special serrated edge reduces food sticking to the blade and thus enables efficient and fast work in the kitchen. Compared to conventional knives, the TYROLIT life Santoku knife has a slightly shortened and wider blade that extends far below the handle and thus offers maximum safety for the fingers.

In addition, the recesses in the blade (serrated edge) provide less resistance when cutting and at the same time reduce the clinging of cut food. Because of its balance, easy handling and cutting, this knife is particularly popular with beginners and hobby chefs.

The blade

The Santoku knife is forged from one piece of rustproof stainless steel (steel material 1.4116) and ice hardened several times. Finely polished blade surfaces and balanced weighing lines along the cutting edges guarantee long-lasting sharpness and the best cutting characteristics.


The handle

The black, ergonomically shaped plastic handle ensures good and safe handling and impresses with its extraordinarily attractive design and feel. Blade and handle are joint-tight, as well as inextricably linked.
